-Apply moisturizer to face and neck.
-Apply a touch of Perfecting Cover Foundation to four areas: forehead, both cheeks and chin.
-Use a brush to blend foundation outward toward the outside of the face, including neck.
-Blend in around eyes, nose, mouth and neck for a flawless finish.
-Continue by dabbing on foundation bit by bit to avoid streaking.
-The best color is tone-on-tone color. If your foundation is too dark, it will look artificial. If it is too light, it will give your skin a sickly appearance!
